The Housing Authority City of Kennewick (Owner) is soliciting bids for the construction of Gum St ApartmentS Off-site Improvements located in Kennewick, WA from qualified contractors. Owner has applied for financing for the acquisition, rehabilitation and development of the Property, which includes one or more funding sources that require environmental clearance under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1979 with respect to the Property Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid. This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds.
