Public Utility District No. 1 of Benton County (District) is requesting 4 VBSA Unitized Switches for a 115kV transmission line. All switches need to follow Spec 96-02. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check payable to the order of Benton PUD or Bid Bond with a Corporate Surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. (RCW 54.04.080). The successful Vendor will be required to furnish a Surety or Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price. Addendum issued July 10, 2024 The District reserves the right to waive minor irregularities or minor errors in any proposal if it appears to the District that such irregularities or errors were made through inadvertence. Any such irregularities or errors so waived must be corrected on the proposal in which they occur prior to the acceptance thereof by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
