Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Divide, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,887-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for the addition of a 15,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

The project scope will consist of modifications to the existing two-acre parcel, demolition and remodel of the existing two-story 5,287 s.f. Sheriff's Office building, and construction of an approximately 15,000 s.f., two-story, steel frame/ masonry addition.Full construction funding is in place and the project will commence immediately after contractor selection. Teller County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities and accept the proposal which in its opinion best serves the needs and purposesof Teller County.The successful biddershall be required to sign a contract-AIA Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor(AIA 101-2017),as may be modified by Teller County.
