Construction of approximately 44,000 gross square ft. new DPW facility The project is the construction of a new Department of Public Works building for the Town of Holden at 18 Industrial Drive. Existing buildings on this site have been abated, demolished and removed.The new building consists of three sections. The first section is a one story structure with offices, conference/training rooms, locker rooms, and an open administrative area. The second section is a 1-2 story structure with workshops and vehicle maintenance bays. The third section is a high bay vehicle/equipment storage facility. There are a number of mezzanine areas. The total area is about\ 44,400 GSF. Estimated Cost $15,000,000.00
