Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Middletown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Work of the Middletown Community Park Development & Rehab Project consists of the installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, unclassified earthwork, storm drain structures and piping, water line extension and installation of new fire hydrants, sanitary sewer extension, resurfacing and re striping of the existing park road and parking lot pavement, construction of new asphalt and concrete pavements, curb and asphalt trail, construction of new maintenance buildings and re-roofing existing office building, renovations to the existing ball fields including backstops, players benches, infields and outfield fencing,renovations to the existing restroom building, renovation of the existing basketball court and sand volleyball court, replacement of two existing playgrounds and bandstand, installation of a new prefabricated restroom building, construction of two new pavilions, construction of a new Little League field, installation of parking lot and roadway lighting, retrofit existing pavilion lighting, construction of retaining walls and railings, installation of fencing, signage, site furnishings, and landscaping. The County will not conduct a hosted site visit. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to visit the site independently. Addendum #1-#6 has been issued.
