Structural Assessment/Repairs I. Inspect and repair cracks in the pool shell, notify FCPS officials if anything is found that requires repair. b. Scope of work I. Remove and dispose of existing surface materials (tile), from floor and sides II. Apply new Standard white plaster for durability and smoothness. o Tape and poly gutter o Install new racing lanes (6), targets (12), and transition line (1) with black tile o Score under waterline tile, cut and chip around existing fixtures o Apply bond or scratch coat for adhesion o Install new whitecoat finish to 3/8" thick o Material to be Hand trowel and formed around all fixtures so as not to interfere with their function. o Recaulk where plaster meets steel gutter III.
