New reservoir and booster station for Hesperian site. The reservoir would be sited below ground in order to use the property for equipment storage and other purposes. The project is included in the City of Hayward's FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of May 27, 2022, the FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is expected to be adopted on June 6, 2022 and a public hearing will be held on June 7, 2022. Funding is anticipated in FY 2024 and 2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
