Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thornbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Town of The Blue Mountains is embarking on the reconstruction of an area within Thornbury West which will include the replacement and/or installation of watermain, sanitary sewers and storm sewers, including individual services in the vicinity of Alice Street, Louisa Street, Victoria Street and Beaver Street. In addition, the Town will be reconstructing all roads, complete with the installation of curb and gutter and sidewalks. The work will include: - Reconstruction of Alice Street from Victoria Street to west of Elma Street (115 metres) - Reconstruction of Beaver Street from Alice Street to Victoria Street (160 metres) - Reconstruction of Louisa Street from Beaver Street to Elma Street (265 metres) - Reconstruction of Victoria Street from Alfred Street to Arthur Street (520 metres) In total, the reconstruction covers 1,060 metres of local roads in the Town of Thornbury and includes replacement and/or installation of approximately: - 485 metres of sanitary sewer - 1,235 metres of storm sewer - 875 metres of watermain - 2,100 metres of curb and gutter - 2,050 square metres of sidewalk - 25 sanitary, storm and water services Documents can be obtained at: https://thebluemountains.bidsandtenders.ca
