This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Arthur Street West Parking Lot Construction, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The scope of this project is to develop a former residential property into a municipal parking lot, located just west of the main intersection in Thornbury, on Arthur Street West (Highway 26). There are various commercial and institutional land uses in the proximity and the construction of this lot will provide additional parking to service the downtown core of the Town. The design includes removals, including an existing shed, excess soils management, paving, lighting, rough-in of conduit for future use, paving, stormwater management facilities, and landscaping.
