This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Development of a Cemetery Master Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town is seeking a consultant to review the existing Thornbury Clarksburg Union Cemetery land use, optimization of all space, review of fees, perpetual care fund, and provide conceptual designs for future use including but not limited to conventional casket interments, cremation options, columbaria, and natural burial.
