Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a library in Middlebury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,000-square-foot, two-story above grade library; and for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
As of May 1, 2025, construction is underway. Demolition should be wrapping up here shortly. Theye effectively 100% bought out now. They just working through a few remaining items related to the masonry bids. Scope of Work: The Ilsley Public Library Project involves the partial demolition and renovation of the existing two-story historic library originally constructed in 1923. Furthermore, this project includes the new construction of an approximately 20,000 square foot, two-story addition. Bid Date and Bid Time: Invitations to bid on this project will be distributed to subcontractors by ReArch Company (Project CM) in late winter / early spring, 2025.
