REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS RENOVATIONS AT MIDDLEBURY UNION HIGH SCHOOL Notice is hereby given that the Addison Central School District is soliciting qualifications from construction managers interested in providing pre-construction and construction services for the renovation of an existing kitchen and cafeteria at the Middlebury Union High School in Middlebury, Vermont. The main components of the Project include a fully renovated kitchen, including equipment and infrastructure, servery and cafeteria. The work includes new HVAC, lighting and plumbing. The project budget is $2m and will be funded by capital reserves. Construction will commence in May 2023. Interested Construction Managers may obtain information packets containing submission requirements by contacting Bruce MacIntire at bmacintire@acsdvt.org.
