The City of Edmonds, Washington is soliciting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing construction management and material testing services for the Highway 99 Revitalization & Gateway project - Stage 2 and 76th Ave W Overlay project. The Highway 99 Revitalization & Gateway Project - Stage 2 is a STATE-FUNDED PROJECT, through the Connecting Washington funding package. No DBE goal applies to this project. The 76th Ave Overlay Project is a FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT, through the Surface Transportation Program (STP). No DBE goal applies to this project. Supplemental Information: Additional information related to the requested services, proposal requirements, evaluation process and current design plans and specifications are available from the City's website.
