For the construction of t he Yost Park Pool Replaster Project and the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for this project. Yost Poo] was originally built in 1973 and has been adequately maintained and enjoyed by park users for 48 years. The last Yost pool plaster repair project was completed in 2011. The city is soliciting bids for work as outlined below and per Exhibit A - Replaster Specification attached. 1. Existing pool plaster removal. 2. Re-plastering of entire pool. 3. Replace existing racing lanes. 4. Tile repair. 5. Other work as shown in the Contract Documents. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent of the total amount of bid, including sales tax if applicable, must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give a performance and payment bond as required.
