City of Edmonds Phase 4 & 5 (2023-24) Storm Utility Replacement Projects Scope: The City of Edmonds, Washington, is soliciting a statement of qualification (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing design services for the Phase 4 & 5 Storm Utility Replacement Projects scheduled to begin construction in early spring of 2023 for Phase 4 and 2024 for Phase 5. Supplemental Information: Additional information related to scope of project, requested services, proposal requirements, and evaluation process are available from the Citys website. No questions, either written or oral will be taken by Edmonds staff related to the technical components of this RFQ. Submittal: Due to the closure to the public of City facilities related to COVID-19, the City will accept one electronic copy of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by e-mail. Selection Process: Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1. Project approach; 2. Related Experience of Firms on Team; 3. Qualifications of Proposed Project Manager; 4. Expertise of Key Staff (Prime and Sub Consultants); and 5. References/Past Performance.
