Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a medical facility and water / sewer project.
Contractors Are Advised That All Visitors Will Be Screened (Temperature Check & Answering of Several Covid-19 Questions) Prior to Entering the Inside of the Facility for the Walkthrough Portion of the Meeting. All Attendees Must Wear Face Mask Coverings. All Bidders Are Urged to Limit the Number of Representatives to Attend the Pre-bid Meeting in Order to Keep the Number of Attendees to a Minimum in Order to Comply With Covid-19 Related Social Distancing Guidelines. Single Bid (lump sum all trades) General Construction (C008) or General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009) $2,380,050 In Accordance With N.j.s.a. 52:32-2, This Project Shall Be Bid as a Single Bid (Lump Sum All Trades). Bidder Must Be Classified Themselves or Name Their Classified Subcontractor(S) for the Following Trade(S): Plumbing (C030) Electrical (C047) Failure to List Classified Sub-contractors Will Deem the Bid Non-responsive. The firm determined to be the lowest responsible bidder must produce copies of approval notice from the Division of Minority & Women Business Development designating the prime or subcontracting firm as a Small Business Enterprise prior to the award of contract.
