Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

This project is mostly composed of a Gymnasium and outdoor pool with renovations to the existing building at the connection point. The work has an estimated construction budget of over $7,000,000. Minority Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to learn more about the project and have an opportunity to meet and interact with the prequalified general contractors. The Asheville Business Inclusion Policy requires Minority and Women Business Enterprise outreach on City contracts. Additionally, N.C.G.S. 143-128.2 requires minority and women business outreach for building construction projects requiring the below provided information to be reported to the State of North Carolina Office of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). The Bidder shall provide applicable ABI Affidavits with their bid in order to be deemed responsive, failure to do so will result in the Bidders bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified.
