For the improvement of a certain section of STATE ROUTE 0371, Sec D50 in Wayne COUNTY, Lebanon Township. The location of the project is as follows: From a point approximately 1 3/4 miles East of the intersection with SR 4007 at Segment 0240 Offset 1806 (STA 491+28) to a point near the intersection with SR 1023 at Segment 0250 Offset 0218 (STA 501+06) along SR 0371, with a total work area length of 878 feet (0.166 miles). The project involves the replacement of the existing 26' wide single span steel girder bridge with a 34' - 11 3/4 " single span spread box beam bridge over Dyberry Creek. The proposed roadway will consist of 2 - 11'-0" travel lanes and 4'-0" shoulders. Minor side road work will be required to tie into the proposed roadway. The proposed bridge will be constructed utilizing phased construction. Other work includes excavation, full depth bituminous paving, E & S control measures, drainage, guiderail, landscaping, temporary traffic control, signing, pavement markings, temporary traffic signals, bridge removal, bridge pile foundation, temporary excavation support & protection and other miscellaneous construction work.
