The 3 Bridge Operator Houses in Joliet, Illinois are existing 2- story, limestone structures representing approximately 500 square feet each. The exterior of each building will receive full tuckpointing. A masonry sealant will be applied to protect the newly pointed surfaces. The seams of the existing standing seam roofs will be sealed as required, the eroding exterior doors will be replaced, the interior plaster walls will be repaired as required and all interior walls will be painted.
