This Project consists of Drawing File No., 4-138-27, three (3) sheets. This Project is located at 433 NW 23rd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33311. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of one dock with concrete filled pearson piles with an alternate of 8x8 plastic lumber posts, pressure treated pine lumber decking with an alternate of plastic lumber decking and stainless steel rails per plans and specifications. NOTE: Payment on this contract will be made by check. Licensing Requirements: Possession of a State of Florida General Contractors License is required for this Project. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect the Citys location/facilities and become familiar with the scope of the Citys requirements and systems prior to submitting a proposal. No variation in price or conditions shall be permitted based upon a claim of ignorance. Submission of a proposal will be considered evidence that the proposer has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the work, equipment, materials, and labor required. A certified check, cashiers check, bank officers check or bid bond for FIVE percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, shall accompany each proposal.
