Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 69,920-square-foot educational facility.
Work at each Site consists of a Single Prime Contract which includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, site, and civil work for each building as follows: Chippewa Falls New Stillson Elementary School: Building Area: 69,920 SF footprint, with a 3,960 SF mechanical penthouse. Commencement: Work may commence on April 1, 2019. Completion: All work must be substantially complete on/or before June 30, 2020. BID SECURITY: Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond. OWNERS RIGHTS: Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner's judgment is in Owner's best interests.
