Renovation of a municipal facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services, Northern Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled in Chippewa Falls (NWC), is requesting bids for the replacement of two (2) Yokogawa Oxygen Analyzers for the Heating Plant located at: 2820 East Park Avenue, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. SCOPE Manufacturer: Yokogawa Quantity: two Analyzer Specs: Yokogawa O2 analyzer with O2 probe assembly, remote mount analyzer, automatic calibration unit, O2 heater cable, and O2 signal cable. The bid should include labor to install, testing, calibration, travel time, any materials, warranty, training and cost of two new O2 analyzers with probe assembly. The analyzers are to be installed, calibrated, tested, tied in with boiler controls, and have a disconnect on main power supply so they can be locked out for maintenance. Remote analyzers are to be mounted on main operating floor behind the boiler they are being installed on. Boiler specs: Work will be performed on a 1953 Union 20,000 LB steam boiler that runs on natural gas and fuel oil and a 1963 Keeler 50,000 LB steam boiler that runs on natural gas, fuel oil, and coal.
