Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 17,340-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work at each Site consists of a Single Prime Contract which includes general construction, mechanical, electrical, site, and civil work for each building as follows: Chippewa Falls High School Addition and Alterations: Addition Area: 9,530 SF, single story addition. Alterations to Existing Building Area: Approximately 17,340 SF. Commencement: Work may commence on April 1, 2019. Completion: All work must be substantially complete on/or before August 12, 2021. BID SECURITY: Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond. OWNERS RIGHTS: Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner's judgment is in Owner's best interests.
