Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Synopsis: The Town of Hallie, Chippewa County WI Is seeking proposal for the repair and or replacement of one mile of 10th Ave lying east of County Highway P approximately 5,280 feet. The RFP submitted to the Town of Hallie should include the following: Paving a 21-foot-wide right of way by pulverizing existing asphalt pavement. Sawcut HMA driveways and project ends; fine grade basecourse to drain depth, water and compact. Pave 2.5 average compacted depth asphalt in one lift. Pave with 4lt58-285 hot mix asphalt with 2-foot bump outs at all field entrances, mailboxes, and driveways. Base lift 2 inches and place a base lift the length of the project at a 25-foot wide. Shouldering: construct a 2-foot shoulder on both sides of the new pavement then place, sweep and compact. Work should be completed by November 15, 2025 Alternatives to the RFP will be accepted and evaluated to meet the needs of the Town of Hallie. The Hallie Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept bids that the Board feels are most advantageous to the Town.
