The City of Boynton Beach is seeking the services of a qualified PROGRESSIVE DESIGN BUILD TEAM to design, furnish and construct the Water Quality Laboratory. The project includes but is not limited to planning, design, permitting, construction and other services to deliver a 'turn-key" project. A new Water Quality building will be constructed next to Fire Station No. 2 at 2165 Woolbright Road Boynton Beach, Florida. The new building shall provide all of the needs of the water quality laboratory, and the project shall be constructed to comply with a sustainable building rating system or a national modelgreen building code.A new water quality laboratory building will be constructed next to Fire Station No.2 at 2615 Woolbright Rd. The new building shall provide all the needs of the waterlaboratory as outlined in the program and following sections. The Design-Build team shall provide all site and building design and construction per owner approved designcontained in this package. The conceptual site and building plans are attached.The bid shall include planning, design, permitting, construction and other services to deliver "turn-key" project that complies with this Design Criteria. Programming andspace planning information is included in this RFP, but designing, permitting and constructing a facility in collaboration with city staff is the Design-Build team'sresponsibility.The project shall be constructed to comply with a sustainable building rating system or a national model green building code.
