Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boynton Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
To ensure a sustainable infrastructure for a growing population, Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) is investing in the construction of Green Cay Phase 2; an innovative, state-of-the-art advanced purification facility and a 63-acre wetland nature park. This project will produce purified water to help replenish the ground water through recreational lakes, which will have immediate and long-term water supply benefits. It will also add an additional four (4) production wells servicing PBCWUD’s nearby Water Treatment Plant No. 3 (WTP3). In addition, Green Cay Phase 2 will include the construction of a new Educational Center and Water Purification Facility to raise awareness of local water resources and highlight water as a vital resource.
