Site work and paving for a civil project in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of 11/15/2019, project scheduled to be awarded on 11/19/2019. **As of today January 23, 2019. Bids were rejected due to the changes in design, will rebid this project sometimes in March or April of this year.** The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for a project that includes providing labor, materials and equipment for utility undergrounding work including trenching, installation of conduits, trench backfill, paving, service conversions, and all other associated work. The engineer's estimate for this project is $250,000. Failure to submit the required documents, with the bid proposal shall give cause for rejection of the bid. Bid addendums will not be issued no less than 24 hours before the bid opening time. Requests for information must be submitted no less City bid documents are provided electronically and free of charge. Each prospective bidder must download and print all bid documents for review and bid. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to verify the completeness of their printed bid documents before submitting a bid and accompanying executed addenda acknowledgement forms. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
