Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Clarification Deadline - 2/18/2021 4:00 PM Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. There is no physical public bid opening for this project Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. This project is funded by Federal money and is therefore governed by the Davis Bacon Act, Human Relations Commission Regulations and Federal Equal Employment Requirements. The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any portion of any bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Township.
