Listing of Subcontractors: Every Bidder must supply the Subcontractor list completed and submitted to the Owner at the same location specified for receipt of Bids within one hour of the Base Bid time as defined under RCW 39.30.060. The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor with whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract for performance of the work of: a. heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, b. plumbing as described in RCW 18.106, c. electrical work as described in RCW 19.28, d. fire protection work as described in Section 210000 of the Project Manual; and e. any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form. Any Bidder who intends to self-perform any of the categories of Work must name itself for each such category of Work. The list must be submitted in the envelope with the sealed Alternate Bids. The list of Subcontractors must designate the work for which each such Subcontractor is to perform. No bidder may withdraw its Bid after the hour set for the receipt thereof, or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding. Each Bid and other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder and addressed to the Owner. Mark lower left corner of the envelope "Sumner High School Expansion Project," "Base Bid," or "Alternate Bid." The Bid and Contract are subject to equal employment opportunity provisions of Washington State Law, compliance with prevailing wage standards of RCW Chapter 39.12, and all reporting requirements relating to each of the above. Make check payable to Sumner-Bonney Lake School District #320. Upon timely request, documents may be shipped or delivered for a non-refundable fee plus deposit check. General Contractors ONLY may obtain two (2) sets maximum, PRIME Mechanical/Electrical Subbidders may obtain one (1) set(s) maximum of Construction Documents. Should a Bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, he may obtain them from ARC by paying the cost of reproduction. Documents will be available for viewing at plan centers beginning August 31, 2018.
