he Lehigh County Housing Authority, "LCHA", will receive sealed bids for: The Removal/Disposal of Existing "Tank HWH's and Hydronic Boilers", and, the Provision & Installation of New "Gas Fired Tankless HWH's/ Holding Tank and New "High Efficiency Hydronic Boilers" at The Ridge Manor II Apartments 120 North 3rd St. Emmaus, Pa. 18049 The LCHA solicits and encourages Women and Minority Business Enterprise participation. The LCHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding process. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of LCHA.
