Site work for a water / sewer project in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contract consists of but is not limited to construction of a new precast vault, pressure-reducing valve, strainer, miscellaneous valves and fittings, associated ductile iron water main, demolition of existing vault, and site restoration. This project was financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting through the Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Questions can be submitted via the online. The work is one prime contract. Alburtis Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Questions can be submitted via the PennBid Program Question Deadline 05/15/2025 Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents. 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. \ *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
