Construction of a New Sewer Lateral to Be Installed at Gordon Street Apartments Located at the Intersection of East Gordon & North Oswego Streets in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Project Will Consist of Work to Be Performed Under a Single Contract for General Construction. Bidders Are Advised That Paymerit of Not Less Than the Minimum Wages and Salaries Are Set Forth in the Bid Package Must Be Made. Vhdc Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids, or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding Process. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of (30) Days After the Opening of Bids Without the Consent of Vhdc. The Successful Bidder Will Have Sixty Day (60) Days From Acceptance of the Bid to Complete the Project.
