Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of sidewalk repair at the Bailey County Courthouse. The Sanitary Sewer Lateral Contractor shall provide all labor and materials, tools and equipment for the closure of the existing sanitary lateral serving the building at 1418-1432 East Gordon Street and the construction of a new lateral connecting the building to the existing public sanitary sewer located in Gordon Street. Work shall include: All reviews, permits, approvals and inspections as required by the City of Allentown and the Lehigh County Authority and payment of all associated fees. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for street repair permit, excavation permits, right-of way permit and Lehigh County Authority permit. Closure of the existing lateral in the building basement which runs to the basement of the building next door. Remove existing fresh air venting. Repair of building wall and siding will be provided by others under a separate contract with the Owner. Modification of existing piping and Installation of new sanitary piping within the basement of the building so as to properly connect the remaining branch line sanitary system with the new building service piping. Work shall include piping, pipe hangers, and piping accessories as required including house-trap, cleanouts and air venting to the exterior.
