Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check payable to Emmaus Borough in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide both a performance bond and a payment bond or certified check, each in the amount of 100% of the contract, within 20 days of contract award. Bids will be received electronically via the PennBid Program. Emmaus Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
