The project begins at the end of Halibut Point Road in Sitka, Alaska and continues northerly to its termination within Katlian Bay at the eastern boundary of the Shee Atika property. Work includes the installation of approximately 300 culverts and placing a surface course of six inches of Subbase, Grading C.
