Estimated Budget: $200,000-$300,000 Bidding documents may be obtained from Cauthen & Associates, LLC, 9047 Executive Park Drive,Suite 221, Knoxville, TN 37923. A deposit of $200.00 is required from prime bidders for one set of Bidding Documents. Prime bidders tendering a bonafide bid, except the successful Contractor, will be refunded their full deposit upon return of the bidding documents in good condition within 14 days after bid opening. Prime bidders not tendering a bonafide bid will be refunded half of their bid deposit amount upon return of the bidding documents. No refunds will be issued for bidding documents received after the 14-day period. All bid deposit checks or drafts shall be made payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC. A deposit of $200.00 is required from subcontractors and material suppliers for each set of bidding documents. Subcontractors and material suppliers will be refunded $175.00 of their deposit upon return of the bidding documents in good condition within 14 days after bid opening. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required from plan rooms not listed in the advertisement as already having bidding documents. Project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following:Valley View Apartments - Development TN016-004 - Remove existing roofing down to decking, replace rotten, broken and missing decking. Install new roofing system with accessories. Remove and replace gutter/downspouts. Remove/replace fascia and soffit at 32 buildings as per specifications and plans.
