Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Construction of an approximately 6,500 square foot administrative office building with garage storage on the existing A.C. Ward Municipal Water Treatment Plant site at 1505 Railroad Avenue in West Des Moines, IA. Work to include existing building demolition, site grading, parking lot paving, site utilities, security fencing, and other miscellaneous site improvements. The work must commence as soon as weather permits and must be substantially completed on January 31, 2020. The project must reach final completion by February 28, 2020 (seeding to be completed Spring 2020). Plans call to construct a permanent water works office. However, a firm scope of work has not been released. As of October 5, 2018, it is currently unknown what approvals has been obtained. The owner has not release a timeline in place to when a design solicitation will be issued. A construction timeline has not been established.
