**As of May 28, 2019, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The project is in the process of being awarded. Construction of a 400,000 gallon capacity welded steel elevated spheroid water storage tank in West Newbury, MA with associated piping, appurtenances, electrical work, tank mixing system, site work, gravel access road, and underground electrical and communications duct bank (approximately 1,800 linear feet), including conduit and handholes. Other work includes decommissioning and demolition of the existing 0.32-million gallon capacity riveted steel standpipe water storage tank at the project site. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A performance bond and labor and materials payment bond each in the amount of 100% of the current price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 26 through 27H apply to this project.
