The Project consists ofthe removal ofthe existing boilers and installation of new replacement boilers along with some stone / masonry and concrete repair on the building's exterior as identified in the bid documents. Primary Project: Scope of work is shown on drawings, to remove the two existing boilers and controls and replace with new boilers and controls. Exterior building work to provide new sealant in the existing control joints and around wall penetrations not recently resealed (at unit windows and unit ac's), stone and masonry repair work that may include tuckpointing and stone and masonry replacement as well as vertical and horizontal exterior concrete repair.
