Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hastings, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes: Addition/renovation of existing concessions building, new ticketing building, parking lot improvements, spectator plaza, reconstruction of football/soccer field including site demolition and removals, earthwork, erosion control, retaining walls, storm sewer, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete pavement, fencing, seeding, sodding, site restoration, site electrical, flag pole. Note: Synthetic Turf by Owner. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before Phase 1 Turf Preparation Work - July 22, 2019, Phase 2 Turf Field Completion - August 19, 2019, Phase 3 All Other Work - August 26, 2019
