Streets Include: 31st St from CSAH 46 to Highview Knoll; Bohlken Ct; Bohlken Dr from 31st St to Hackberry Dr; Carleton Dr from General Sieben Dr to General Sieben Dr; Carleton Pl; Flagstone Dr from 31st St to south end; Meadow View Ct; Meadow View Tr from 17th St to Meadow View Ct; Stonegate Rd from Northridge Dr to Highland Dr; South Frontage Rd from west end to General Sieben Dr; Wyndham Hill Dr from 15th St to Northridge Dr; and Wyndham Pl. Bids are for furnishing all work and materials for construction of S.A.P. 130-141-002 and S.A.P. 130-132-009, also known as 2024 Mill & Overlay Program. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file. Major construction quantities include: 55,000 SY of Mill Bit Pavement (2"), 6,700 Ton of Bit Street Paving, 3,000 LF of B618 Concrete Curb & Gutter, 11 Pedestrian Ramps (Truncated Domes), 26 Adjust Rings & Castings, 6,575 LF Pavement Markings. No bid will be considered unless filed ONLINE with the bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter in to a contract to perform said work. These bid bonds of the three lowest bidders will be retained until a contract has been awarded and signed by all concerned, but no longer than 60 days. All others will be returned within 7 days after the opening of bids. The bids for the work to be done shall be submitted upon the basis of cash payment for the work. No bidder may withdraw this bid for a period of 60 days after the date shown for opening thereof. The City of Hastings reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities therein.
