Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide lawn irrigation services at facilities throughout the county. Locations are split up into three regions. For additional information please contact: Dakota County Facilities Management Randy Cunningham randy.cunningham@co.dakota.mn.us 651-480-1251 A. Seasonal startup, including repairs and testing of system functions so that all zones and heads are functioning as designed. Work is to be completed by May 20th or after with approval from the site supervisor. B. One mid-season inspection to include testing of all zones and heads at each facility. The midseason inspection is to be completed between July 15th and August 15th. The site supervisor is to be notified 72 hrs. in advance of each mid-season inspection. C. Shutdown and complete winterization of all systems is to be completed between October 15th and November 15th. A. Replacement of defective parts and system testing. B. Full maintenance of sensors and water saving features. C. Repair or replacement of any turf damage caused by needed repairs or maintenance.
