CR Number: 2049729 The work of this single-bid project will abate hazardous materials disturbed by this project, including sprayed-on fireproofing, window caulk and glazing putty. Replacement of curtain wall systems, entry vestibule storefront and entry doors, and façade metal wall panels. Removal of roof system down to deck and replacement with insulation meeting energy code and a 90 mil EPDM membrane. Replacement of penthouse louvers and metal wall panels and enhancement of structural steel framing at roof perimeter overhangs and around penthouse to address snow drifting loads. Installation of a lightning protection system. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
