To improve, grade, drain and pave Navajo Route 362 (8 miles). The Chapter Manager will work with Navajo Division of Transportation and the project is divided into three phases, the first phase consisted of the completion of the ROW, archaeological and environmental studies. Phase II will consist of the planning, and design of the project and will 8 months. Phase III will be the construction will take 8 months from the bid process to construction completion depending on the amount funding available. San Juan Chapter will be in charge of the project, the Bureau of Indian Affairs will own and maintain the road and the Navajo Nation will be the fiscal agent.
