Site work and paving for a road / highway in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor needed to construct the mulch pad and road, at the Prince William County Landfill located at 14811 Dumfries Road, Manassas, VA 20112. Bid security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certified Check or Bank Draft payable to Director of Finance, Prince William County, in an amount not less than 5% of the cost proposal. The bid security must accompany each bid response in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any forfeiture of the Bid Bond is limited to the face amount of the bond or the difference between the bid and the next low bid, whichever is less. Bid Withdrawal : Section 400.16 of the Prince William County Purchasing Regulations, as amended, shall govern bid withdrawal. If a bid may be lawfully withdrawn under that section, written notice of withdrawal must be provided within two (2) business days after the date and time designated for bid opening The Board of County Supervisors for the County of Prince William reserves the right to reject any or all bids in part or in its entirety, and may waive any informalities and irregularities in bidding when deemed in the best interest of the owner.
