Site work and renovation of a civil project in Talladega, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the City of Talladega for construction of PVC gravity sanitary sewer line, PVC force main, 6' diameter precast wet well, sanitary sewer pumping station, manholes and all associated appurtenances. The project will also include, but not limited to, decommission of the existing sanitary sewer system, and the removal of the existing sanitary sewer force main. Owner requires the Project to be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as dated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Bid Document Instruction to Bidders. Other Bidding requirements are described in Bid Document Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete all sections and requirements as stated with the Contract Documents. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of no less than 60 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. *As of January 14, 2019, no changes have been made to the bid date and no addenda have been released.
