Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 6,600-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The previous Fire Station building and septic system have been demolished and removed by Owner (City). Construction is for a new 6,660 SF one story, two (2) bay drive-thru Fire Station. The work also includes a parking lot, parking lot lighting, landscaping, site retaining walls, and other site work as shown on the construction plans prepared by Croft & Associates, P.C..
