Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 16, 2022. The project has not been awarded and no specific time for award. The City of Milton is requesting bids from qualified firms to perform services to resurface and reconstruct various streets/roadways within the city limits of Milton. All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. All work will be done in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportations (GDOT) Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications (current edition), and Pay Items Index as standards and specifications for the construction and completion of the work required. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. Maintenance bond in the amount of one-third (1/3) of the contract.
