Renovation of a fire / police facility in Milton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,600-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The City of Milton ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Offeror") to provide furniture for the new City of Milton Fire Station 42 that is currently under construction. The furniture vendor should specialize in the design, layout, procurement, and installation for projects of comparable size and scope. Furniture, as applicable, will be purchased through the Georgia Statewide Contract. All Offerors must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. Deadline for Written Questions November 14, 2022 by 5:00 PM EST The City is constructing Fire Station 42 located at 15240 Thompson Road in Milton, Georgia . Fire Station 42 is a one -story building with a pproximate ly 6,600 square feet including two bays drive-thru garage , bunk room that canaccommo date eight (8) personnel, kitchen, day room, office , fitne ss room, gear locker room, lobby, decontamination room, and anoutdoor patio.
