Site work for a water / sewer project in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of approximately 16,200 LF sanitary sewer lines by slip-lining, pipe-bursting, and open-cut replacement methods, replacement of approximately 82 sanitary sewer manholes, and replacement of approximately 75 sanitary sewer service connections from the sanitary sewer main to the property line. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment supplies, and labor required for the proposed Work. The Work is located in Lorain Borough, Richland Township, and Stonycreek Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Bids will be received for a single prime Contractor. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for Bidding Documents is: The EADS Group, Inc., 450 Aberdeen Drive, Somerset, Pennsylvania 15501. Somerset Office, on Mondays Fridays between the hours of 8:00 A.M. 4:00 P.M. Electronic versions of the Bidding Documents are available for the non-refundable fee of $26.50 (fee includes 6% Pennsylvania sales tax). To access the electronic format, the bidder must have a valid email address and internet connection. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office via in-person pick-up or mail delivery, upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective BidderOs date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Issuing Office to be eligible to bid. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
