Questions Due Date: Apr 4th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT JRA Iron Street Connector Road Project Scope of Work: The construction of approximately 1100 ft of Roadway in accordance with the plan set provided A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, or bid bond in the amount of10% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted and awarded, acontract shall be entered. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance, Labor and Material's Bonds along with the proper insurance. All environmental permits have been obtained for the purpose of Erosion and Sedimentation as well as Stormwater Control for Phase 1 of construction. Contractor will need to determine a suitable waste site. The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to re-advertise or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority for a period not-to-exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. QA The Equipment package is being deleted via Addendum. The Type C field office is being deleted via Addendum. We will upload the Geotechnical data. All debris will remain on site.
